01 · Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
02 · Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.
03 · Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.
04 · Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Carriers can be slower around holidays.
05 · Tracking
Your tracking link is in your shipping email. If it hasn't updated for several days, email hello@skincarereceipt.com and we'll chase it.
06 · Wrong address
Email us as soon as you notice. We can change the address if the order hasn't shipped. Once it's with the carrier, we can't redirect it.
